 Back orders occur most often on Movements and Glass and Bushings. You will be notified if an item your ordered is out of stock. When we send back orders out to customers we do charge true shipping but we do not charge a handling fee.
We are unable to offer free shipping on back orders.
In addition, we adhere to a strict privacy policy that means your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed.

Please Note: We charge $1.75 handling fee on top of true shipping charges. 
For drop-shipped items, there is an additional $0.75 fee to cover cost of mailing invoice.
  We ship all of our orders the cheapest, most economical way.
Books are always sent Media Mail (5-21 days delivery time). If you need your book shipped faster, please leave us a note when you place your order.

Due to product variations we are unable to list shipping on our website.
We ship 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, Fedex, UPS, and Media Mail.
We always ship the cheapest way.

 Return Policy:
PLEASE OPEN THE PACKAGE AND INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE AS SOON AS YOU GET IT!
If within 10 days after receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase and we will exchange it or promptly refund your money. 
Please make sure you double check orders before finalizing them. We do not refund shipping for items ordered in error.
We do not accept returned merchandise that has been modified or altered from its original design.
